How the System Works
· A laser beam is directed onto objects in front of the forklift.
· The beam is aligned at fork height for proper fork placement.
· Single laser aligns with the forks.
· Dual lasers align with the fork slots and the pallet rack beams.
· Laser is powered by either onboard rechargeable batteries or a voltage regulator wired to the forklift's power source.

RF controls
RF controls allow enhanced operator control of the laser unit. Remote control unit attaches to forklift frame for easy push button use
Height Switch
As soon as the forks reach a height of 7", the switch turns the laser guide on, and turns off when the forks go below that height. The height switch saves laser and battery life plus prevents harmful laser light flashes.
Key Switch
Directly wired voltage regulator converts the forklift electrical power to 6 VDC. No batteries to keep charged. Operates using forklift electrical power.
Laser unit activates on key switch; it starts up when the forklift powers on and turns off when the forklift powers down.

40% of all forklift accidents involve a pedestrian. Ensure pedestrians stay a safe distance away from the forklift with the Red Zone Warning Light. The Red Zone puts a bright red line on the floor, near the forklift, to show pedestrians where they are not allowed. This zone can also be called the HALO zone and can be adjusted to the distance of your choice. The Red Zone helps prevent foot injuries and collisions from rear end swing, as well as, showing the NO GO ZONE around any piece of mobile equipment. How is the Red Zone mounted, wired up and adjusted? The Red Zone lights are mounted to the sides of the forklift and can also be mounted on the rear and/or front. One Red Zone light is required for each side of the forklift you want to prote.

Installation:
• Suggested wiring is to ground the black wire and connect the red wire to the strobe light's positive wire. The current draw is minimal enough that the wire should be able to handle it just fine. You can also connect the forklift bluespot to the reverse alarms positive wire if you would like it to only be on while in reverse or if you lack a strobe light. Ideally though, you would want it on constantly for pedestrial safety.
• Typically, the forklift bluespot is mounted to the overhead guard near the strobe or rear work light.
• It is recommended to focus the spot about 7-8 feet from the rear of the forklift.
