A Virtual Switch LED Line projector is a creative and cost-effective solution for replacing floor tape and painted lines in your warehouse. Virtual line LED projectors cast durable floor lines that clearly mark walkways and lanes, eliminating the need for the routine maintenance required to repair or replace tape and paint. An LED line projector can increase awareness, reduce accidents, and create a safe work environment in your warehouse.

Using a Smart Trigger Controller, the Virtual SWITCH projectors can take an input from a sensor and change the color of the line.
E.g., a motion sensor connected to the Smart Trigger Controller could detect a forklift approaching the projected pedestrian walkway and change the colour of the pathway from green to red, indicating to pedestrians that the pathway has a hazard approaching.

LED floor marking lines are completely impervious to damage by forklifts, foot traffic, pallets, water and other common causes for tapes and painted lines to fail.

Even the toughest floor tapes and paints can fail in areas with heavy forklift and truck traffic, or in areas subjected to industrial hazards. Using projected lines prevents these issues from damaging your lines.

Use PC mask and aluminum back shell, high-value mask makes the product look better, considerate heat dissipation design, heat dissipation is more effective, IP67 waterproof grade, waterproof and shockproof.
