Its high-quality special aluminum shell, with anti-salt spray treatment, boasts great corrosion resistance. Equipped with a small-angle lens, it projects up to 1000m, with 48000LM flux and 5500K color temperature for bright lighting. Adopting LED cold light source and efficient radiator. Energy-saving with low power, it uses long-life mean well power supply, working stably under 85-265VAC. It rotates 350° horizontally and tilts ±30° via joystick, with φ10-φ12 cable, providing stable and reliable lighting support for various marine and outdoor operations.

1.Installation Location
The TG27-L searchlight should be installed in a position with unobstructed visibility, complying with ship layout designs and marine standards. Avoid areas with excessive vibration, water accumulation, or debris impact. Its high-quality special aluminum shell, treated with anti-salt spray processes, and strong wind resistance (from low-profile pin structure and high mechanical strength) rely on proper placement to preserve corrosion resistance and durability, ensuring stable operation and optimal 1000m lighting coverage.

2.Electrical Connection
Electrical connection must be done by qualified personnel. Ensure the power supply matches 85-265VAC 50/60Hz. Secure wiring to prevent loosening and use cable glands compatible with the standard φ10-φ12 cable outer diameter. This maintains sealing (aligned with IP66 protection class) to resist moisture and dust, protecting the MEAN WELL power supply and low-ripple constant current drive for reliable operation.

3.Maintenance and Inspection
Regular maintenance is key. Check the tightness of the UV-resistant toughened glass lens, functionality of the joystick (for ±30° tilt and 350° horizontal rotation), and integrity of the aluminum radiator. Inspect the cable for damage and ensure the CREE LED source (48000LM, 5500K) operates normally. Replace worn parts promptly; perform checks in safe, dry areas with standard tools to maintain long-range illumination performance and energy efficiency.
