A:All our production process strictly adhere to ISO9001 procedure, and we also offer clients 3-5 years warranty from the date which B/L issued. If the products doesn't work properly as promised, and the problem is caused by the quality issue, we will provide exchange service for the same item.
Q3. If we don't find what we need in your website, what shall we do? Can you make the products according to custom requirement?

Q4. Can I just buy 1 or 2 pcs of sample for testing before place the bulk orders?

Q5. What is your delivery time?
A:If the ordered item is in stock, then we can ship the goods to Shanghai port within 5 days after your deposit. If the ordered item is no stock, the delivery time is based on the order quantity, generally speaking, the delivery time will be within 20 days to deliver to Shanghai port.
