This explosion-proof emergency light features a pure flameproof (Ex d) structure, making it suitable for hazardous areas with explosive gas and dust. It adopts a one-time die-cast aluminum housing with a smooth surface and strong impact resistance. Equipped with high-brightness LED panels, it delivers uniform illumination, low power consumption, and long service life. The normally-on design ensures continuous operation, automatically switching to emergency mode during power failure with ≥90 minutes of backup time. A fully sealed enclosure with silicone gaskets offers excellent protection, while customizable evacuation signs and flexible wall-mounted installation make it ideal for industrial applications.

Enhanced Heat Dissipation
 

The entire lamp is designed with a wind-guiding heat dissipation structure, delivering excellent thermal conductivity.

The heat sink is crafted from specialized ADC12 aluminum alloy through high-pressure die-casting, ensuring high strength, rapid thermal conductivity, and superior heat dissipation. Thermal grease with a thermal conductivity coefficient of 3.0 is applied for even faster heat transfer.

Surface Treatment

The lamp body undergoes acid washing and shot blasting, followed by high-pressure electrostatic spraying. Fasteners are made of stainless steel, achieving a corrosion resistance rating of WF2 for the entire lamp.

Utilizes specialized silicone sealing rings, featuring anti-aging, high and low-temperature resistance, and strong sealing properties. Combined with high-precision processing technology, the product achieves an IP66 protection rating. The lamp body surface is treated with high-pressure electrostatic spraying, and screws and fasteners are made of stainless steel, offering high corrosion resistance and rust prevention.
