The MAXTREE Forklift Collision Avoidance System combines millimeter-wave radar detection with red laser safety zone projection. The laser creates a visible restricted area, while the radar actively detects pedestrians and obstacles entering the safety zone and triggers an immediate warning.
02/ Three-Sided Radar Protection
Three radar-integrated LED warning bars provide left, right and rear protection, creating a U-shaped safety zone around the forklift. This helps reduce blind spots and collision risks during reversing, turning and material handling operations.
03/ Visual & Audible Safety Warning
When a hazard is detected, the system activates LED warning lights, an overhead amber strobe beacon and audible/voice alarms. Both the forklift operator and nearby pedestrians can receive a clear and immediate warning.

The radar sensors are integrated directly into the LED warning bars, reducing external components and complicated wiring. A centralized industrial controller processes the radar signals and features a dust-resistant and vibration-resistant design for demanding warehouse and yard environments.
