Equipped with a joystick, they tilt ±30° and rotate 350°horizontally, projecting far with parallel beams and concentrated light, ensuring clear illumination. Adopting reliable tungsten halogen light sources, they come in various powers (250W-2000W) with luminous flux up to 53000Lm, working stably under 24V/220V. With IP56 protection and φ10-φ12 cables, they provide stable lighting support for marine operations, certified by CCS and ABS.
1.Installation Location
The TG26/TG27/TG28 searchlights should be installed in positions with unobstructed visibility, complying with ship layout designs and marine standards (in line with grade entry norms for steel ships). Avoid areas with excessive vibration, water accumulation, or debris impact. Their high-quality stainless steel shells, brackets, and cast aluminum bases rely on proper placement to preserve durability and corrosion resistance, ensuring stable operation and optimal long-range illumination performance.
2.Electrical Connection
Electrical connection must be done by qualified personnel. Ensure the power supply matches the specified voltage (24V/220V) for the respective model. Secure wiring to prevent loosening and use cable glands compatible with the standard φ10-φ12 cable outer diameter. This maintains sealing (aligned with IP56 protection class) to resist moisture and dust, protecting internal components for reliable operation.
3.Maintenance and Inspection
Regular maintenance is key. Check the tightness of the toughened glass lampshade, functionality of the joystick (for ±30° tilt and 350° horizontal rotation), and integrity of the stainless steel shell and bracket.
